Refund policy

Legal Notice (India)

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, remedies are applicable only in cases of defective, damaged, incorrect, or misrepresented products.
This policy provides replacement only. Returns or refunds are not offered, unless expressly required by law.


Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be provided only if the product:

  • Is damaged during transit

  • Has a manufacturing defect

  • Is the wrong item delivered

  • Is not working as described at the time of delivery

  • Warranty terms, if applicable, are separate from this replacement policy. All Solar Lights is warrantied for 1 Year ( Check your model if there is an extended period)

Replacement Window

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • Requests made after this period will not be eligible


Conditions for Replacement

To qualify for a replacement:

  • The product must be unused and uninstalled

  • The item must be returned in original packaging with all accessories

  • Unboxing video or clear images/videos showing the issue may be required for verification

  • Physical damage due to improper installation, mishandling, external impact, or water ingress beyond the stated IP rating is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear is not covered


How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a replacement request, contact us at:

Please include:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Supporting images or unboxing video (mandatory for damage/defect claims)

If your request is approved:

  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number will be issued

  • Instructions on how and where to send the product will be shared

📌 Products sent without an approved RMA will not be accepted.


Replacement Shipping Process

  • Return shipping has to arranged by the customer, for approved replacement orders this cost will be reimbursed as getting charged by Delhivery courier

  • For all approved replacements, customers must email the Tracking ID and courier details within 3 working days of dispatch to:

Replacement Dispatch Timeline

  • Once the returned product is received and verified, the replacement will be shipped within 5–7 working days


Non-Replaceable Cases

Replacement will not be provided if:

  • Request is raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Damage is caused by incorrect installation or usage

  • Product failure occurs due to external factors

  • The product has been used, altered, or tampered with

  • Supporting evidence is not provided


Important Notes

  • This policy offers replacement only; refunds and returns are not available

  • Warranty terms, as applicable, are separate from this replacement policy. No warranty for Halogen Lamps, all Solar Lights have a standard warranty of at least 1 Year

  • The company reserves the right to inspect, verify, and reject claims that do not meet the above conditions
